Ripoff Conclusion

Well folks, it's over.  I received the radio today.  Actually it came in two days ago but I had my usual
hassle with UPS to get it delivered.  I also received
a letter from Mr. Lessa stating that since I had defamed his character he was not going to send me the radio.  Included with the letter was a check for $125.00.  Hmmm.
I checked out the radio and it works pretty well.  Needs
some De-oxit of course.  It is pretty ugly.  Some nudnik
wrote all over it and applied gobs of masking tape which
has turned rock hard.  Most of the panel engraving is rusted and it's covered with scratches.  It will need repainting.  It's quite clean inside and all in all
about what you could expect for a 100 dollar radio.
So I will keep it and Mr Lessa's check is on the way
back to him.
I received about a dozen messages with comments on Mr. Lessa.  Of them 3 were favorable and stated no problems
doing business with him.  Nine of them were unfavorable
and one was quite funny.  To be fair, I did get the radio
and it is acceptable for the price.
So, anyone got a good source for the paint and/or a manual?
