Help! Low audio on Johnson Ranger

Get out a signal tracer and follow the audio through the chain, and
see where it stops. SHould be simple. If you don't have a sig tracer,
you can use almost any amplifier to listen and make a probe (can even
be two clip leads and a blocking capacitor of say 0.01 uF at 600 V DC
Poke your way through the stages. Start at the first grid. Can you
hear the mic there? If so, continue to that tube's plate and check
again.
I hope you have not lost the ddriver or modulation transformer as
they are hard to come by!
