There are phase converters that use caps. in them somehow to convert single
phase to three phase for use in running machine tools. The trick is to find
the prints for one of these. They are not as efficient as a rotary phase
converter ( i.e.. motor gen.) but will allow you to terrorize your
neighbors.
I am envious of your new toy and wish I could unleash it on a few on my
street ! Heh Heh!
