I doubt you'll find electrolytics rated for that high voltage any
more. The highest normally seen today is 450 or 500 volts.
Somewhere I read that the higher voltage units are no longer
made.  I'd use a pair of 24mf /450 volt units in series with
equalizing resistors.
However you may be able to have them custom made, there are some
custom rebuilders out there serving the antique radio market.
Won't be cheap.
