Value of SP-200 PS Resistors?

Question --

What is the wattage rating of the resistors in the SP-200 series power supply?
The manual refers to them in value and how many taps they have.

The resistor is question is in the B+ and is a center tapped 18 K.

One end is burned and have temporarily fixed it by digging out the nichrome
wire and wrapping it to the terminal so I can at least get the rx up and
running.
(almost there!!! )
