Jim, from my point of view I see nothing wrong with disclosing and making
public such a class less response. Perhapes people would choose their words
more carefully if they knew there was a possibility of what they said could
become public domain.
We as hams, somtimes put too much emphasis on the dolllar aspect of ham
radio and as a result  the
 true spirit of ham radio sometimes evades us
