All ALE does is pick the best freq from a scan list of pre-programmed freqs.
Use it on the SHARES and FNARS nets at work. Shouldnt be too hard to
listen to the comms at all, provided you have a channel list or someone
comes up with one via monitoring.

Channel surfing with the R-391 anyone????
