Hi Scott,
If I may assume you have other Johnson gear, the knobs on the Navigator
are the same as on the Valiant or Ranger for example. One Exception is
the metal knob on the center shaft of the "coupling" control in the
lower right corner. I have had three of these transmitters to back up
my experience. For replacements you can make up some from cut off Q-tips
if you can find the white stem type.
