fs: Kenwood SM-220 Station Monitor

Kenwood SM-220 Station Monitor/Scope (no optional pan adaptor).  It is in
nice shape but for minor cosmetics ... except on top.  On the top the
now-SK had something glued to it and some of the glue is still there.  It
will require cleaning and some paint touch-up.

It appears to be working fine and includes a complete crisp manual copy
w/schematics.
