AWA night

        It would have been lots of fun if it weren't for the DX contest!
        I made a couple of contacts, but to fight the noise here, weaks signals
AND totally rabid DX chasers is too much.  So I shut down for the evening!
        These events are usually a lot of fun, but battling others in another
contest run concurrently makes it a chore.  Is it possible to plan the next one
on a weekend when there isn't a "big" contest?
        For some reason, I couldn't work W2AN the first night (Friday) before
the DX madness began.  I didn't hear him at all on Saturday.
