Probably not available anymore.
If I absolutely had to have a small quantity, aircraft instruments from the
WWII era used radium paint. There might be a way to recover, regrind, and
reuse some paint from some of these guys. Many of these instruments are
marked with a radioactive decal.
Pretty dangerous stuff, though. You can get cancer fooling around with
radium, even old paint.
