Please do repost as this is quite a mystery to me.

Does this company still exist and if so where are they-preferably on the
 net.
I have a rather obscure unit called a BSP This is basically a set of
speakers and two amps on a 19 in rack mount but I am desperate for a
manual or at least a schematic
