Ebay blues

Your experience with the landfill quality BC342 that was rated an 8 out
of 10, sounded so outrageous, I decided to check this guy out further.
The information that Ebay provides about this guy is that he is from NYC
not North Carolina.  There are 14 very positive 'Feedbacks' (all within
the last 6 months) no neutrals, and no negatives. These Feedbacks look to
be from previous transactions, both sales and purchases.  Are we talking
about the same guy, (hammer)?
