List Admin - problem fixed

Hi gang...

On Monday morning a problem caused by the list server brought everything at
Tempe.gov to a complete stand still.  I went in a extracted the problem and
brought everything back up.  It seems to be back to it's old self again.

There were 3,800+ error messages causing the problem.  Instead of checking
for any valid messages stuck in the mess I just blew it all away.

Bottom line...if you posted anything and you haven't seen it come through
(give it about an hour to make sure) then you might want to post it again.
