Anyone know Petr Kadlec'd correct address or speaks Czech ?

Does any of the gang out there in etherland know this Gentleman? I purchased from Petr (Peter?) a discfull of great WW11 info but am having problems getting him paid. Seems his given address is not good or?.....and the Postal Order keeps coming back!!

If anyone knows him  and/or can speak Czech...please check on his address and let me know.
