Yes this is the  famous Skyrider Marine Receiver
Condition 2.1 out of 10
Really ugly on the outside
Has all tubes (not checked)
Tuning is gear driven (not string)
Never turned on (scared to)
Been in a outside garage for years
Top hinged panel only opens half way (stuck)
Date:  1941 to 1945 ??

Other than that, it may be a good radio!
