Info on TS-118A/AP dummy load

I recently brought home a dummy load made by Bird for
the military.  The label says:

TS-118A/AP  50 ohm 2-500 Watts 20-1000 Mc

Can anyone help me with more information on this thing.
The wattage could also be 2,500 but it is hard to tell.  I don't
want to pump too much power into it.  Looks like it uses some
kind of thermocouples to measure RF power and then you look
up the wattage on a graph.

It would be too much to hope that someone might have the
instructions they could scan or copy for me.
