WTB: Lid for 75A4 or KWS-1

Hi,

I would like to find a lid for a 75A4 or KWS-1.  I have a KWS-1 which
someone drilled alot of holes for probably a fan or a speaker.  The hole
layout is consistant with a speaker outline.  Odd huh?  Would prefer one
with the crackle finish intact.   I would also be interested in a set of
clean hinges also for my 75A4.
