Hi Sean.  Yes they are American dollars. I think the output could go as
high as 80 watts with more than my 2.5 watts that produced 60 watts out.
These are quality Motorola units that are very much like new.  I would
sell two for a total of $110 and include shipping to VE7 land.  Would
still need $60 for one plus shipping.  Thanks for the inquiry!  Fred
