Gemtronics

Anyone know what happened to Gemtronics? They used to advertise in
QST. I've got one of their 70s-era VHF marine band transceiver just
begging to be re-crystalled to 2m. I need to determine the rig's
transmit and receive crystal formulas but have no docs on the radio.
(All I can determine is that the receiver has an 11.7 Mc I.F.)
