Sprague "Orange Drop" Capacitors or other electrolytics:

Dear Fellow Boatanchorists,
                                                   I currently have a project radio on my bench and need to
replace many electrolytics before I fire it up. I've heard that "Sprague
Orange Drops" are an excellent substitute. Any suggestions on makes,types,
manufacturers, Are "Orange Drops" a good choice? Are they electrolytics?
Any advice on replacing electrolytics will be appreciated.
