two unknown tubes

 Can anyone help  with some specs for these tubes? I thought I had
 comprehensive references but these have me stumped :(

 1. tube marked  6RA3 Made in Japan, in a CEI box (red & white) marked
 6R-A3. Appears to be a tetrode, plate looks about 5 to 10 watts, cathode
 looks robust (sim. to 5763)

 2. tube marked VU508 & 10E/520, glass high vacuum rectifier, anode top
 cap, oxide coated fils, European 4 pin base

 any help appreciated
