Info Needed on Mercury 2347 Microphone......

Hello Folks:

     Does anyone have any idea what a Mercury Model 2347 Microphone looks
like?? I have a chance to pick one up.....and have not seen it yet. I have
checked all my Files on Microphone literature....and can't find anything on
it. Has anyone got one of these in their Collection....or know what it
looks like?? Is it a Chrome Mic???...and what type of Mic is it?? What
vintage is this Model??
Any and all info on this Model would be greatly appreciated.
