Deltronics Info

Hi all:
I'm looking for info on the Deltronic Corporation of Los Angeles.  They
were in business during the early to mid 1950's and made the CD-144, a
shoebox sized 2 meter transceiver a little before Gonset released the
famous Communicator.  Does anyone know of this company, or have any info
on its origins.
