Need Information on R-174/URR

Hi All,

I found a R-174/URR at a yard sale today for very little cost.  It looks
like a good general purpose mobile radio covering 1.5-18 MHz and came with a
homebrew power supply/audio connections.  Looks like it should have a second
unit below the receiver as the receiver is environmentally sealed everywhere
except for the bottom where there is a trapezoidal hole centered on the back
edge of the unit.

Anybody have any information about this radio?
