Help with Variac

Hello all,

I have a General Radio model W5R-S41 variac here with no
docs on it.  It has 5 terminals and says 'Special Model see
instruction sheet for connections'

Does anyone have a data sheet on this?  It's a good size
unit - I'm wondering what the amperage is, and what
the terminal designations are.
