WTB: Back Cover Plate for D-104 Mic

Hi.  I need a chrome-plated (not Silver Eagle!) back cover plate for a
D-104 mic head.  It must be excellent - perfect because I want to
replace one that has some pitting in the plating.

I am sure someone out there has a D-104 "parts" mic that has a good back
cover.  Please let me know if you can help.
