SX-100 knob needed

Actually I need 1/2 of an SX-100 knob.  I picked up a nice SX-100 over the
weekend in nice shape but the plastic knob on the response control is not
original.  Luckily the response ring is there, it just has a non-original
knob attached.

I need any one of the 6 knobs with metal rings so I can put an original
knob back on the receiver.  The response knob would be ideal but I'm not
picky.

Let me know the price.
