Rack needed

I need a rack and wonder if anyone could help or point me in the right
direction. Obviously I would prefer something within driving range, as
shipping would be expensive, but would consider this if necessary.

Need rack with the following specs:

  6 foot

  rear door

  ability to utilize support side rails and/or slides

  casters

If I can get something within a month, address is in Lafayette, LA. By
middle of May, it will be Harriman, TN.
