Hy-Gain JAY POLE Antenna

How about a "boatanchor" antenna?  I'm looking for any info on the HyGain JAY POLE VHF antenna.  In particular the dimensions and layout of the phasing harness.  The JAY POLE is mid to late 60's vintage.  It's a 4-pole design with "J" shapped elements.  If anyone has the instruction sheet for this antenna laying around, I would appreciate a copy.  Obviously I'd pay for any copying and postage.
