SHF Signal Generators

I recently came across some SHF Signal Generators: TS-403 B/U (1.8-4 GHZ),
HP 618C (3.8-7.6 GHZ), and HP 620B (7-11 GHZ). They all have about 26 tubes
each and lots of good junkbox components. Does anyone have the power
transformer specs and what ham use might they have ? Maybe just as a signal
generator for 10 GHZ experiments, which I've always wanted to get into.
