810 Tube Sockets

I have a need for two tube sockets for 810's.  Does anyone know the
manufacturer's part number I should be on the lookout for -- or better
yet, have a pair?

I'm also looking for a modulation transformer suitable for 810's
modulating a pair of 4-250's or 4-400's ....
