Uhh...did you say "reasonably priced"?

Greenlee makes these, and IIRC, Mouser and Digi-Key carry
square punches.  Problem is, they start around $70.

If you just need one hole, you might check with a
local sheet-metal shop and see what they can do for
you.  Alternatively, there are some things you can do
with a bezel around the hole (hacked out with a nibbler
or a drill or....)
