Globe Electronics ID ?

I have a device that looks like a converter-not sure
It says model 6 PMC on the top, two tubes 6U8 6BQ7
Input 50-54 MC; on the bottom I (or 1) 10-14 MC
Anyone know what it is?
There is a 8 pin power plug and looks like RG 58 coax
output.
