HQ-180 Front Panel

I have a 180 panel that needs re-painting.  I will need to re-label it.
Would there by chance be any stencils or something similar available?
I have some Dri-Transfer lettering from Antique Radio that has most of the
words but will need to get the lines on some how.

If anyone has a close up jpg of a panel it would be helpful because the
most of the labeling is already worn off of mine.  I have a manual, but the
lettering is very hard to make out.
