Microphone Information Wanted

I have a microphone which I acquired with some equipment I purchased.  I
don't know much about it other than it says Turner 999 on it and it's a
high impedance microphone.

If you can give me additional information about it I'd appreciate it.
Probable dates sold,  how good sounding was it when in use, equipment it
might have been used with, whether or not the stand it's on is likely
one that it would have been used with, possible value were I to decide
not to "restore" it and try using it.
