FYI, I am shipping a 110 lb package UPS Ground from Riverside to Sacramento
and the cost is $43. They now will take up to 150 lbs.

Zane, let us know how you get along for shipping on those 100
pound transformers please.
I once tried to have a 100 pounder shipped to me and found that (in
those days) UPS had a 70 pound limit, and the TRUCK companies
wanted to charge for a minimum of 400 pound, so I gave up on that
and used a locally-obtained (free) pole peg/pig transformer instead.
That sucker would EASILY loaf along at 2 KW and with a VARIAC
on the primary, I could make it do wonderful things supplying 2800-
3200V DC to a pair of 4-400As!
