b&w vfo dial replacement

Marcus, WA9IXP, had sold these to replace the cracked/faded dials of the B&W 5100/5100B.  My US Mail to his address in WI was returned "moved, no forwarding address."  Anyone know the whereabouts of WA9IXP?  Anyone have an extra dial replacement they would want to sell?   Dave
