Gary, sorry to hear about the virus, glad you got thru
it OK, sort of...

One of the ways I keep from having it happen to me is
I never, NEVER, NEVER open a attached file that comes
in on one of the many email list I subscribe to.
I also Never open any attachments unless I know exactly
what it is and who is sending it to me. And even then
I always check the file name and .ext of the attachment
before I open it.

The best idea is for no one to ever send attachments
to a reflector address.
