February BAMA update.

The following schematics, manuals and other materials are now available
for downloading from BAMA.  As usual, there is no charge.  If you bump
into any of the good folks who have uploaded all this good stuff, be
sure and say a big thank you.  Without their help, the BAMA site
wouldn't amount to very much at all.  Also, please have a look at the
second list below.  It is a list of material that has been requested.
If you have any of these manuals and would be willing to share it with
others, please let me know or just dump it into the uploads directory on
BAMA.
