Needed: meter for Heath Warrior HA-10

A friend of mine is looking for a plate meter for a Heathkit Warrior
HA-10 he is trying to bring back from the dead.  Believe the meter has a
basic 200 uA movement and may be the same one used in the Heath SB-200.
He is also looking for one of the small chrome knob's on the Warrior.
