AM activity on 15 Meters

I am really looking forward to this fall and winter AM activity on 10 meters.
I see there is a resurgence of activity on 40 and 75.  All this is good.  But
where is the 15 meter activity?  I would think that we have more than three
positions on the bandswitch.  I can understand the lack of activity on 20 as
it's generally around one frequency and the band is generally crowded.  But 15
has lots of space (about 1/2 as much as 10's window).  So - I'm wondering -
Where's the 15 meter activity?  Is there activity when I'm at work or when the
receiver is turned off and vanishes when I turn on the receivers?  Clues?
