Need Info about Eico 666 tester and 2-digit tubes

Hello all,

I have a chance to get an Eico 666 tube tester to weed out some
of my old 4, 5, and 6 pin tubes (45, 58, 310, 2A3, etc).

But apparently the chart doesn't list any of the 2-digit tube numbers
and their cousins, although it DOES have 4, 5, and 6 pin sockets
in it.

Does ANYONE know of a supplement chart, or other info that
would allow me to test some of my old triodes?
