Need HG-10B info

Gang,

     I recently picked up a Heath HG-10B vfo.  No paperwork -
Got it going, but a problem: low output on 40 & up.  Decent amount on 80,
but my Harvey-Wells needs a lot more than it is getting on 40.  I don't
see anything that looks like tuning the output - any help on what I am
missing?
     Guess it is time to check BAMA...
