Solid state rectifier replacements?

They're honking big solid-state rectifier stacks that provide an exact
functional replacement for the 866, except that they don't need the 2.5V
filament transformer, they waste 90% less energy, and they don't flash in
the dark.
They are wonderful, except for the flashing part, but you might be able to
duct-tape a few black light fluorescent tubes to your PA deck and get the
same effect.
I strongly urge everybody with 3B28s or 866s to consider using these, even
at the expense of not having a 100% original BA. (But who looks under the
bench, anyway?)
