R388 Problem

Hi Gang
I just received an excellent R388 but there is a problem. The 23 mc band is
off by 'bout
20ks and the 24 mc band is off by 'bout 15kc. I have tweaked C149 but it
makes no
difference. SO I think that the 13.0 xtal is off. And I don't have one on
hand. Can someone
let me know if I am on the right track or does someone have an extra xtal I
can try?
Also the sensitivity is way down. If you can help me, please e-mail me
