Field Effect Transistor Question

Hi Folks,

Are there any Field Effect Transistor experts out there in Boat Anchor Land?

I'm looking for a high voltage J FET. I''ve just constructed a common drain
buffer using a 2N3819 JFET which provides a High Z interface between my
frequency counter (low Z in) and old Boat Anchor rigs.

It works fine, however, the problem is that I want to find a high voltage FET
so that it can accept inputs of  at least +/- 100 volts.

Can anyone suggest the number of high voltage JFET that is available.  It
should have a "Gate-Source Breakdown Voltage" of 100 volts or more.
