Triplett 630 Meter Question

Hello. Picked up a Triplett 630 meter at a garage sale yesterday.
Battery is missing and fuse in there is not right. Can anyone tell me
what batteries and voltage go in this meter and what size is the fuse
supposed to be?

Meter works fine on voltage.
