Lavoie Labs LA-18 M spectrum analyzer
It seems to go from 10 MHz thru 1 GHz, and is in two units --
one for the receiver portion, and the other for the display
portion.  It looks like it can be rack mounted, but is in its
own rack with both pieces in one "box" with handles on it.

This is a very heavy unit, so shipping is not practical.  I would
guess that it weights somewhere between 150 and 200 pounds.
I am located in North Central Florida.  Pickup would be best.  I
am only a few miles off of I-75, so someone coming south for
the winter could easily pick it up.  $ 500
