NO!  Do NOT do what Mr. Grandy says!  This is a well-known hoax.  For

The sulfnbk.exe file is a legitimate Windows utility and SHOULD NOT BE
DELETED.

Mr. Grandy himself may be some hapless dolt who thinks he's doing the
right thing, but it's doubtful.  Always check out these so-called
viruses on the Symantec hoax page or other site you trust.
